Experiments with the frame.

In relation to the previous experiments with a bridge, I have made a frame (the same shape as the courtyard) with a windows and doors and photographed the images seen through the openings.

Cutting the sky.

All walls in the courtyard are very tall. When you look up you can see how the walls frame the sky and how bridge cut it through. I’ve imagined the bridge as a movable piece which cut the frames sky in different points.

Materials of the site.

The main material – brick, painted white.

There are 15 windows and two large doors with glass and 4 wooden doors.

Floor – stone,

Plenty of bushes all over the place.

There are large metal stairs a few aluminium chairs and tables and a plastic pipes one one of the Cafe’s walls.
